Tenant reviews

REVIEWS

Real feedback from tenants in apparel, e-commerce, logistics, trading and construction.

★★★★★
We leased 3,800 SF in the Fashion District. Separate meters tell us exactly what our real monthly costs are. Sampling, packing and shipping all happen in one space — clients walk straight into the showroom.
Kevin L.Apparel importer-exporter · Los Angeles
★★★★★
Moving out of co-warehousing was the best decision. Returns processing doubled in efficiency once we had our own bay — no more fighting for loading slots. We added 1,500 SF for peak season, painlessly.
Monica R.E-commerce ops lead · New York
★★★★★
We need leases and utility accounts in our own name so client audits hold up. PRIVATE BAY is one of the few flexible-space providers that actually delivers separate contracts.
David C.3PL operations director · Dallas
★★★★★
The shop-front-back-warehouse model saved us separate office rent. Clients view samples in the showroom, orders ship straight from the back, and our team of five works under one roof.
Sarah W.Furniture brand founder · Bay Area
★★★★★
Project cycles are unpredictable, long leases burden us. Here we sign 6 months at a time — equipment in the yard, materials in the bay, exit when the job ends. Very clean.
Tony Z.Construction contractor · Houston
★★★★★
For LatAm transshipment, port proximity and consignment control matter most. Having the whole bay to ourselves lets us zone by client and inspect in peace. We just renewed for a second 12 months.

Frequently asked questions

FAQ

Co-warehousing shares one building, aisles and facilities among many tenants. A private lease means the whole bay is yours alone: private gates, a lease and utility contracts in your own name. Your hours, workflow and security perimeter are entirely yours.

Yes. Utility accounts are opened in your name and bills come directly to you — no middleman markup or shared-cost allocation. That's why banks, auditors and client site visits all accept this setup.

Standard terms are 3 / 6 / 12 months, renewable at the same or a new size. Peak-season add-ons can usually be negotiated month-to-month.

Typically two months' rent, fully refundable at term end if the space is returned in good condition. Details are confirmed per location quote.
